Based on the Chilean documentary “El Agente Topo”
Charles, a retiree, gets a new lease on life when he responds to a private detective’s complaint and becomes the mole in an undercover investigation at a nursing home.

Let’s be honest, I have to admit that at first I wasn’t sure if I would be even remotely interested in the series, but somehow it hooked me.
All of the characters are extremely cute and so relatable to a person in their life
Before you know it, you’re so engrossed that you just have to know who did it!
It’s also a gentle reminder that we’re all here trying to do the same thing, which is to live and enjoy life, so we might as well do our best to get along and, most importantly, be kind to each other
My favorite line from the series is, “Every great thing in your life seems like a miracle when you look back.” I also have to admit that it was a little strange to see Ted Danson in this role, especially if you’re used to him as the Cheers character “Sam.” But “Charles” grows on you from a very young age and leaves no sad memories of “Sam.” A bittersweet but tender reminder that Father Time doesn’t play favorites.
It’s a nice change and you won’t feel guilty about watching another cop show
I hope you watch the movie and realize and understand the daily challenges that some people in our society, in our lives, face every day.
